How to edit or delete a listing

This page contains step-by-step instructions to edit or delete a listing from the Carbonmark marketplace.

Edit a listing on Carbonmark

1. From the marketplace, click "Portfolio".

2. Within your portfolio, find the specific listing you want to edit or delete. Click "EDIT".

3. An "Edit listing" window will appear, in which the current details of the listing will be pre-entered including the quantity listed and unit price as well as the current listing expiration date.

Enter the new amount of tonnes you would like to sell or new unit price. Your available quantity to list will be shown. You must list at least 1 tonne of carbon.

4. Click "UPDATE LISTING"

5. The next steps are to approve any additional carbon credit tokens to be listed (if necessary) and submit the approve tokens update listing transaction. The window will show a summary of the transaction.

If you are changing the quantity of carbon credit tokens listed, you will need to first APPROVE the contract transaction with your wallet. If you're updating the unit price, you may proceed to the next step.

Review the details of your transaction before proceeding.

If any of the information does not look correct, click "GO BACK" to make listing modifications.

Once approved, you'll see a 'Transaction complete.' message stating you have successfully changed the number of credits approved to be listed and can proceed.

NEXT, you then need to SUBMIT the update listing transaction in the next step.

6. Confirm the details of your transaction once again before proceeding. Click "SUBMIT".

Depending on your login method and wallet used, you will need to interact with the wallet to accept the transaction.

Once the transaction is submitted and confirmed, your listing has been successfully modified.

Your profile page will reflect the changes momentarily.

Delete a Listing on Carbonmark

1. From the marketplace, click "Portfolio".

2. Within your portfolio, find the specific listing you want to edit or delete. Click "EDIT".

3. An "Edit listing" window will appear, in which the current details of the listing will be pre-entered including the quantity listed and unit price as well as the current listing expiration date.

Click "DELETE" to initate the delete listing transaction. Depending on your login method and wallet used, you will need to interact with the wallet to accept the transaction.

Once the delete listing transaction is submitted and confirmed, your listing has been deleted and is no longer available for purchase by other users.

Your profile page will reflect the changes momentarily.
